Take a piece of parchment roughly the size of your baking pan and squeeze it well. Once you unfold it, it will be all wrinkled and a lot easier to line your pan. Once it's lined, set it aside.
Sieve the flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon into the mid-size bowl. Mix all well together.
Peel and grate the carrots (fine mesh), transfer to the second bowl.
Crack the eggs into the stand mixer bowl. Add the sugars and beat on high until everything is light and fluffy.
Lower the speed and gradually add oil (slowly, in 3-4 parts), making sure it is well incorporated before the next turn. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Add the grated carrots and chocolate chips, mix with the spatula.
At the end, add the flour and dry ingredients mix from the bowl and blend everything quickly with the spatula.
