Banana bread that saves 6 bananas from certain doom, and tastes great! Easy to bake, even as midweek snack.

measuring cups and spoons; cup = 250ml, Tbsp = 15ml, tsp = 5ml

2 tins 10x20cm or one big tin 20x30cm
Ingredients
5-6very ripe bananas5 big or 6 medium size
60gbutter
220gsugar+ 1-2 Tbsp for topping
60gyoghurt or sour cream
2eggs
370gall-purpose flour
2tspbaking sodapłaskie
1package (40g)of vanilla pudding powder
½tspcinnamon
pinchsalt
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: - obrane banany przełóż do miski i dokładnie ugnieć widelcem,- masło roztop,- mąkę, sodę do pieczenia, cynamon i sól odmierz i dobrze wymieszaj,- cukier odmierz.
Preheat the oven to 180℃
To another bowl or the bowl of a mixer, add sugar, butter and cream (or yogurt) and beat until well combined.
Keep mixing while adding the eggs, one by one
Add the pudding powder and mix well.
Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
Add the mixture of flour, soda, cinnamon and salt and mix everything gently with a spatula just until the ingredients are combined.
Pour the dough into the molds and sprinkle them lightly with sugar (this will give it a delicious, crispy crust after baking). Bake for about 50-55 minutes (top-bottom), or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Notes
You may prepare 12 big muffins using the ingredients above. Bake them in 180℃ for around 25 minutes.℃ przez około 25 minut.
